The LINZA 2752 and the PHOTON RT 7512 spectrophotometers from EssentOptics Ltd. are designed for IR measurements.
The LINZA device provides on-axis transmission measurements of lenses and lens assemblies in the 2.7- to 5.2-µm wavelength range. It can quickly assess the spectral performance of optics and accommodate a wide range of lens diameters, focal lengths, and shapes. The PHOTON device is optimized for transmission and reflection measurement of LWIR plano optics in the 7.5- to 12.5-µm range. It offers field-like performance results, especially for users in defense, security, and aerospace industries. The instrument can handle various sample sizes and measure at extreme angles of incidence.
