The VALO Tidal from HÜBNER Photonics is a femtosecond laser series with an output power of 3 W and typical pulse durations of 30 fs. The laser's design allows the passively cooled systems to generate clean ultrafast pulses with unprecedented peak power levels and previously unattainable spectral bandwidths spanning 990 to 1140 nm. It has an integrated dispersion pre-compensation unit, which means the user can benefit from the advantages of exceptional peak power and wide spectral bandwidth for most nonlinear microscopy and photonics applications.
