The VAX-50 Smart Camera solution from PEKAT VISION in collaboration with Baumer is a deep-learning software enabled smart camera for quality assurance applications in manufacturing and logistics. Using a Nvidia® Jetson™ graphics card and Sony image sensor, the camera enables image processing at high frame rates as well as training directly on the camera. The deep-learning PEKAT VISION software is pre-installed with anomaly detection, surface detection, detector and classifier, and OCR modules. The VAX-50 features 16 GB RAM, 16 GB eMMC, web interface, and remote connectivity options.
