The Series 4 silicon photodiodes from Marktech Optoelectronics are low-capacitance, high-speed silicon photodiodes for applications including monitoring rapidly pulsed LED and laser light sources, spectroscopy, motion and presence sensors, medical diagnostic devices, fluorometers, and automotive ADAS sensors, among others. The photodiodes use reduced junction capacitance for improving metrics such as response time, frequency response, and bandwidth. The Series 4 silicon photodiodes feature a response speed of 25 ns and also comes in an isolated version with a ceramic submount for reduced noise.
