Gpixel Scientific CMOS Image SensorThe GSENSE3243BSI from Gpixel is a CMOS image sensor meant for high-throughput, high-dynamic range, and high-sensitivity scientific imaging. Built with 65-nm CMOS process technology, the sensor uses a 3D wafer stacking technique with backside illuminated pixels and per-pixel on-chip memory. The image sensor has a resolution of 8192 × 5232 with a 3.2 µm² pixel and 31.1-mm diagonal, and the full resolution can be read with a bit depth of 14 bits and a maximum frame rate of 100 fps.
