The CX.SWIR.XC cameras from Baumer are infrared cameras for applications in the semiconductor industry with wafer positioning and food industry. The cameras use static and dynamic defect pixel correction firmware to produce an image quality similar to silicon-based sensors as well as an integrated cooling fan for dissipating heat to the outside. The CX.SWIR.XC cameras can acquire wavelengths ranging from 400 to 1700 nm.
