The Ninox 640 SU SWIR Camera from Raptor Photonics Ltd. is a vacuum-cooled, InGaAs-based camera with a 640 × 512 sensor and a 15 × 15-µm pixel pitch for high spatial resolution.
The Ninox 640SU is cooled to -80° C for ultra-long exposures of up to 5 min. Its ultra-low dark current and read noise result in high sensitivity for applications in astronomy, beam profiling, hyperspectral imaging, in-vivo imaging, microscopy, semiconductor inspection, solar cell inspection, and more.
