GSE metrology mirrors from Aperture Optical Sciences (AOS) are available in sizes of 18 to 30 in. to enable vertical test conversion of collimators and interferometers. These mirrors are adaptable for various applications, including ambient laboratory and thermal vacuum chamber environments. The mirrors feature fused silica or Zerodur reference mirrors with protected aluminum coating, l/10 or l/20 wave flatness. They have a 45-degree upward/downward looking mount with tip and rotation manual control.
