The Cytek Orion™ from Cytek Biosciences is an automated reagent cocktail preparation system for flow cytometry that eliminates the need for technicians to manually prepare multicolor antibody cocktails. Users can mix and manage reagent cocktail combinations of up to 60 individual reagent antibody conjugates. The system is instrument agnostic, enabling it to be used with other systems as well. The Cytek Orion also can accommodate antibody-tubes between 0.5 to 2.0 mL, a software that memorizes previous reagents, and an aspirator that can add 4 to 200 uL of reagent to the cocktail at the proper volume and concentration.
