The Silux-37xx Series from Gigahertz-Optik in collaboration with Oculus Photonics and HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH are silux radiometers made to measure ambient lighting conditions in an unambiguous manner, enabling the comparison of performance for different cameras under different lighting conditions. A combination of silicon and lux, silux is a unit of irradiance correlated to monochrome silicon imaging sensors with the detector acting like a single giant CMOS imaging sensor camera pixel. The series has a spectral response function range from 350 to 1100 nm and is housed in a 37-mm unit.
