The Aurora TX from RedShift BioAnalytics is a spectrometer for RNA and protein analysis. Using microfluidic modulation spectroscopy, the spectrometer provides background-subtracted measurements of a wide range of biomolecules in concentrations ranging from 0.1 mg/mL to >200 mg/mL and is coupled with the utilization of 96 well plates and fully integrated delta analytical software that addresses the limitations of existing technologies such as CD and FTIR. The Aurora TX also features an integrated thermal ramping function enabling researchers to induce high-resolution temperature stress and facilitating the detection of structural changes.
