Powered by Digital Surf’s Mountains® technology, the software package analyzes surface geometry, profiles, and topography with precision, supporting measurements from microns to nanometers. The Peak Metrology Surface Analysis supports data from multiple sensor types including confocal sensors and microscopes, laser profile sensors, interferometers, and other noncontact optical measurement devices.
