The PCA Series from Quantifi Photonics is a high-precision photocurrent amplifier designed for PIC testing applications such as responsivity, dark current, shunt resistance, noise measurements, I-V characteristics, and photodetector characterization. Amplifying weak photocurrents for detailed analysis, the amplifier offers both analog and digital photocurrent measurement and adjustable reverse bias voltage in 0.01 V increments from 0 to 10 V. The PCA Series also features a PXI modular format for integration into PXI test systems and support for photodiode responsivity calibration.
