Gentec Inc.'s 150- and 300-W fan-cooled power detector probes are equipped with an extreme-damage-threshold coating for UV light. The PS-150 and PS-300 resist to more than 300 mJ/cm2 of maximum pulse energy density and more than 25 MW/cm2 of maximum peak power density at 248 nm. The probes have a 60-mm aperture and measure 124 x 120 x 120 mm.
