The compact instrument supports two position-sensing detectors and is suitable for measurement of laser power and centration, long-term quality control testing of optical systems, vibration and deflection monitoring, and machine tool alignment. The company says the system is accurate to 1 µm and has a resolution of 0.1 µm.
