The IR-neaSCOPE from attocube is designed for nanoscale analysis that only requires measurements of IR absorption including IR imaging and spectroscopy. The imager detects laser-induced photothermal expansion in the sample using mechanical AFM-IR detection without the need of an IR detector and interferometry. The IR-neaSCOPE is suitable for samples with large thermal expansion coefficients such as polymers and biomaterials.
