The OSTAR® Projection Power LE xx P1MS/AS LEDs from ams OSRAM are made for use in mini projectors and are based on 0.33-in. digital light processing imagers. Available in blue, amber, deep blue, and converted green, they produce an output of 880 lm when used in a typical four-channel configuration. The LEDs have a footprint of 6.8 mm × 7.6 mm, and the package has a copper metal-core PCB with an isolated solder pad. The LEDs are ideal for other applications beyond use in projectors. They can be used in endoscopes, 3D scanners, and machine vision equipment.
