PI's new Fast Focus Stages and Multi-Axis Piezo Scanning Stages for OCT, Microscopy, Focus Control, and Imaging provide higher speed and resolution than conventional scanning stages. These nanopositioning stages are available with piezo motors and voice coil motors. Controlled by PI's high-performance motion controllers with powerful software for highest linearity and dynamics. Linear, Z, XY, and XYZ configurations are available. PInano® piezo scanning stages are designed to mount on our low-profile manual or motorized long travel microscope stages. Our new V-308 voice coil focus scanners provide 7-mm travel and nanometer precision in an ultracompact package.
