Pinpoint Laser Systems’ microgage transceiver combines a laser transmitter with a dual-axis digital receiver for a wide range of industrial alignment applications. The solution provides precise measurements of surface flatness, small slope changes, and angular deviations. A linear measurement resolution of 0.0001 in. and accuracy of ±0.0002 in. ensures reliable results for critical alignment tasks and an angular resolution of 0.00003 degrees. It can operate over distances <180 ft. for both small-scale and large-scale alignment projects.
