Red AlInGaP microLEDs from Micledi Microdisplays feature optimized display module performance for the augmented reality (AR) market.
The microLEDs enable true consumer AR glasses through individual color-performing µLEDs which, when coupled with proprietary micro-lenses, can be integrated into full-color, three-panel µLED display modules. With advanced photolithography and 300-mm wafer fabrication, the µLEDs achieve low defectivity, high process control and repeatability, and manufacturing symbiosis.
