The TIMARIS STM from Singulus Technologies is a modular high-vacuum sputtering system for the manufacturing of microLEDs. The system can use at maximum six process modules, along with a single target module, pre-clean module, and heater module. The TIMARIS STM is able to efficiently place and align miniLEDs on a substrate while controlling the crystal structure of the semiconductor material.
