instruments. Steep flanks at the edges of
the lenses can cause data drop-out. Fast
measurement times and high performance
requirements are needed. Due to the variety
of materials used to manufacture these
lenses, metrology instrument performance
must be material insensitive. Mahr’s MarSurf
