The fxo487MXGE from SVS-Vistek is a machine vision UV camera that allows for the detection of defects or specific features in the 200- to 400-nm range that are not visible under normal lighting conditions in applications such as pharmaceuticals, biological samples, recycled materials, counterfeit detection, and food. Integrated with a Sony Pregius UV 8.1 MP image sensor with the 10GigE vision interface, the camera can transmit large, high-resolution images at fast frame rates. The fxo487MXGE can capture full resolution 2840 × 2840 UV images at 87 fps and features an industrial TTL-24V I/O interface with SafeTrigger, GenICam 3.0, logic functions, programmable sequencers and timers, RS232 interface, and an integrated four channel strobe controller.
