The Z-SPOT from TPL Vision is a high-power spotlight made for machine vision applications that require focused and directional illumination such as pick-and-place, assembly inspection, and barcode and fluorescence inspection among others. The spotlight uses a zoom lens with built-in adaptability allowing users to fine-tune the illumination for working distances from 30 to 1000 mm. The Z-SPOT uses auto-strobe overdrive technology, which can boost the light’s intensity three times its norm, and features IP67 aluminum housing, M30 mounting, an M12 5P connector, integrated current control, and suitability for surfaces ranging from 1 to 30 mm in thickness.
