ILX Lightwave Corp. has introduced its 7900 Fiber Optic System for applications requiring multiple fiber optic sources. The high-performance fiber optic source modules are custom-designed to meet user wavelength specifications and are available with additional features such as optical isolation and external modulation. The system provides up to eight channels of stabilized laser sources, making it suitable for WDM-related applications such as EDFA testing and DWDM transmission experiments.
