MICROSPECTRAL ANALYSIS
CRAIC TechnologiesRequest Info
A UV-VIS-NIR stereomicrospectrophotometer has been announced by Craic Technologies for nondestructive spectral analysis of microscopic samples with high variability. The QDI QDS II is a quantum detection instrument that performs microspectroscopy by transmission, reflectance, fluorescence and polarization. Its cooled scientific-grade CCD array detector enables measurements in a millisecond from the UV to the near-IR with low noise. Applications include analysis of inks, minerals and in vivo biological products. Statistical analysis routines, thin-film thickness measurement software, instrument automation and NIST-traceable standards are available options.
