GRENOBLE, France, Jan. 29, 2024 — Teledyne e2v Low Light CMOS SensorThe OnyxMax from Teledyne e2v is a CMOS image sensor made for low lighting conditions down to 1 mLux. Available in monochrome, standard, and with CFA arrangements, the sensor features 1.3 MP with a 10 × 10-µm pixel and is designed with Teledyne’s HiRho technology. This enables near infrared sensitivity and spatial resolution with a quantum efficiency of 58% and MTF of 63% at 850 nm. The OnyxMax operates in rolling and global modes providing 75 dB of linear dynamic range and also has an on-chip HDR mode which is capable of handling scene dynamics up to 100 dB.
