The LVCM-013-019-02M and LVCM-013-019-02 from Moticont are metric and imperial linear voice coil motors, respectively, for wafer handling, laser beam steering and filtering, and assembly applications. These brushless high-speed linear servo motors have a 12.7 mm (0.5 in.) long stroke, a high-force-to-size ratio of 0.81 N (2.9 oz), and a peak force of 2.55 N (9.2 oz) at 10% duty cycle. At 30.2 mm (1.19 in.) long at mid-stroke, the LVCM-013-032-02M has a M3X0.5 threaded mounting hole in the center of the housing and the coil end, while the LVCM-013-032-02 has 4-40 UNC-2B threaded holes for integration into a new or existing application.
