JAI’s Sweep Series 8K trilinear, 8K monochrome, and 16K monochrome line-scan cameras support a wide range of vision inspection applications. The trilinear model features 3x8192 pixels in R-G-B lines and scans at 33 kHz, ideal for precise color inspection. The monochrome model offers 2x8192 pixels and 100-kHz scan rate. Both models feature 7-μm (square) pixels for enhanced sensitivity and are equipped with a Camera Link interface. The 16K monochrome model, the SW-16001M-MCL, has a resolution of 2×16,384 pixels, a 50-kHz scan rate, and 3.5-μm (square) pixels. The Sweep Series cameras feature two-pixel lines to capture the same scene line in sequence, which increases the amount of light collected without raising noise levels.
