DELO PHOTOBOND FB4176 from DELO is an adhesive to join lens packages for optical power and compensating for thermal stress between modules of varying sizes. The adhesive ensures fast light fixation in just one to five seconds and provides a drier finish compared to traditional acrylate adhesives. It offers an adhesion strength of up to 30 MPa, even when cured at temperatures of 60 °C and higher. The adhesive shows shrinkage and adheres well to PC and LCP, which are often used in camera modules.
