The Scientifica Laser Scanning Microscope (LSM) Upgrade Kit from PicoQuant is an integrated, flexible fluorescence lifetime imaging solution for both HyperScope and VivoScope multiphoton microscopes.

The kit enables users to simultaneously acquire fluorescence intensity and lifetime images in up to two color channels. This combination of imaging techniques allows users to acquire highly quantitative information regarding molecular interactions, quantifying biosensor measurements, determination of absolute ion concentrations, and more.

Upgrade kits gives users access to a new dimension of information through time domain. This additional data source enables many applications such as the easy quantification of Förster resonance energy transfer experiments or studying environmental parameters.
