The Lumen 300-LED by Prior Scientific Instruments Ltd. provides broad-spectrum white light illumination for fluorescence microscopy applications.
The system fits directly onto most microscopes and is operated via a manual keypad controller. It offers instant on/off operation via TTL, manual 0 to 100 percent intensity control in 1 percent increments, and on/off control for each LED. Providing 25,000+ hours of bulb life, the mercury-free illumination system requires no special disposal.
The company recommends the use of excitation filters with the Lumen 300-LED.
