InGaAs quadrant and array photodiodes from Marktech Optoelectronics Inc. are designed for laser alignment and position sensing applications.
The quadrant photodiodes have low dark current, high resolution and precision, high accuracy and high response with low noise. They also feature wide spectral ranges, frequency bandwidth, dynamic range, minimal element spacing, low operating voltages, high shunt resistance, and large active areas. The photodiodes and photodiode arrays have a wavelength sensitivity range from 600 to 2600 nm and a wavelength sensitivity range from 250 to 1100 nm. Both bi-cell and quadrant photodiodes are photodiode arrays with two and four elements, respectively.
