Marktech Optoelectronics' lineup of advanced InGaAs photodiode detectors consists of several detector families or series based on their spectral sensitivity ranges.
The VIS-NIR-SWIR detectors feature 600- to 1700-nm spectral sensitivity, while the NIR-SWIR-Extended SWIR detectors feature 800- to 2600-nm spectral sensitivity. InGaAs PIN photodiodes are available in various package types such as hermetically sealed metal cans, ceramic SAW, pigtail cans, 3-mm molded plastic through-hole, enhanced surface-mount device, and hermetic ATLAS. Applications include photoluminescence or fluorescence spectroscopy, IR laser diode characterization and monitoring, non-dispersive IR spectroscopy, scanning or dispersive NIR spectroscopy, and more.
