BOFA International Ltd. has released the iQ, an intelligent operating fume extraction system that monitors the status of a prefilter and combined main filter.
Preblockage warnings provide operators with ample time to prepare for a filter change, and the system identifies the filter to be replaced. The download feature enables users to record and evaluate time-dated event logs to establish true filter performance profiles and to support predictive filter life for production planning and purchasing decisions.
Where process or breakdown evaluation is required, the system provides the facility to download operation data that can either be locally or remotely (via the Internet) evaluated.
