Sartorius’ iQue® 5 High-Throughput Screening Cytometer has up to 27 channels and flexible workflows in 96- and 384-well formats. The cytometer supports continuous runtimes of up to 24 h, without manual intervention. During experiments, an automated clog detection system works to dramatically reduce downtime, while the integrated Forecyt® software simplifies the entire process with pre-defined templates and analytics tools designed for complex datasets. A fluidics system reduces clog risk, and an automatic detection mechanism alerts the user and pauses the experiment when necessary in the event of a clog.
