The cx4090HS sensor module from AT - Automation Technology GmbH is part of its C6 series, providing sensor speeds of up to 26 kHz, a resolution rate of 4,096 measuring points/profile, and a data interface for 3D sensors according to the latest standard.
With a factor of 1.8, the module is almost twice as fast as the previous 4K models of the C5 and MCS series. Multi Part and Multi Peak features more extensively evaluate recorded 3D data and provide more flexibility in analysis options and sensor module settings. The implementation of the standardized GeniCam 3D data interface makes the cx4090HS sensor compatible with other software products and systems.
Applications include wood inspection, electronics inspection, road scanning, or tire geometry inspection, along with other uses that require both a large measurement width and high resolution. The sensor module can scan objects with widths of up to 2 m.
