The GMAX3413 global shutter image sensor from Gpixel features an enhanced near-infrared response, generous pixel size, LED flicker mitigation and multiple region high dynamic range modes. GMAX3413’s 3.4 µm pixel achieves 71.4 dB linear dynamic range accomplished by building upon existing GMAX product pixel advancements, but further optimized for the envisaged applications. The advanced pixel technology brings a peak quantum efficiency of 62.7% at 540 nm, a parasitic light sensitivity of -92 dB, and excellent angular response greater than 15° at an 80% response rate.
