The shr661 global shutter camera from SVS-Vistek GmbH is a 127-MP device that ensures distortion-free inspection of complex objects including solar panels, flat panel displays, printed circuit boards, and semiconductor wafers and more.
The camera is available with either a CoaXPress-12 interface that transmits 17 fps at full resolution or a 10 GigE interface model for up to 6.5 fps. Based on the Sony Pregius IMX661 sensor with a pixel size of 3.45 µm, it achieves stopping power of fast moving objects, avoiding motion blur and artifacts with a full pixel array exposed simultaneously by the global shutter.
