The ATR Flow Cell and near infrared diffuse reflection probe (shown) from tec5USA Inc. are 3-A certified and can be used for applications including spectroscopic analysis for food, feed, and agricultural production facilities. The ATR flow cell uses a sapphire crystal product contact area that guides UV/visible or near infrared light in a wavelength region of 200-2500 nm, delivering up to five sample interactions. The diffuse reflection probe’s interface was designed to monitor materials that are optically highly scattering or turbid, uses a 2-in. triclamp fitting for connecting to existing ports within a process stream, and detects wavelengths from 1000 to 2200 nm.
