The ares auto setup from esmo is a final test manipulator capable of automated test head finding and positioning in semiconductor manufacturing. The manipulator allows for the automated manipulation of movement in x, y, z, and more rotational axes, enabling precise positioning of boards and test heads. The ares auto setup features a load capacity of up to 400 kg, system weight of 650 kg, horizontal travel lengths of 440 mm and 200 mm, and a vertical travel length of 365 mm.
