The Cyto-Cellect®PLUS from Sphere Fluidics is a fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) assay for the identification and selection of cells for cell line development. The Assay can detect both the IgG κ and λ light chains and enables researchers to quantify IgG productivity with high sensitivity. The Cyto-CellectPLUS is fully compatible with functions from the company’s Cyto-Mine platform including single cell dispensing into 96-well and 384-well plates.
