The JENar™ Silverline™ 340-355-332-S from Jenoptik is an F-Theta objective lens for laser material processing that is specially designed to meet the requirements of solar cell production. Its technical properties ensure high efficiency and precise process results in the structuring of solar cells with ultrashort pulse lasers. Made of quartz glass, the lens has a wavelength range from 343 to 355 nm and can realize spot sizes up to 17 µm in a scan field of 235 × 235 mm. The lens also features a low-absorption, antireflective coating and a high-damage threshold.
