ROCKLAND, Mass., April 29 -- Prior Scientific has introduced its ES111 OptiScan motorized scanning stage for upright microscopes. The ES111 is an ideal economical platform for a variety of micropositioning applications. Designed to use Prior's complete line of specimen holders -- including glass slides, multiwell plates, petri-dishes and polished metallurgical samples -- the ES111 is an affordable, all-purpose stage. Compatible with virtually all upright microscopes, the ES111's improved three-plate design and mounting system has been simplified to ensure maximum system flexibility. 
Switching the stage between microscopes is now an affordable and simple operation, in most cases, using our quick-change baseplate inserts.
