The RIGOL MHO2000 series from Saelig Company are four-channel mixed signal digital oscilloscopes for design, debugging, and test and measurement applications. Based on the Centaurus platform, the oscilloscopes offer between 12-bit and 16-bit resolution at bandwidths from 200 to 350 MHz with a waveform capture rate of up to 1,000,000 wfms/s and internal memories of up to 500 Mpts. The RIGOL MHO2000 series also features automatic measurements for up to 41 parameters, statistics, XY cursors, pass/fail functions with hardware masks, six digit frequency counters, and integrated DVMs.
