Suitable for testing modules and diodes, the Laser Test 22 provides highly stable current and drives all common laser diodes over a temperature range from 250 to +199 °C. The device offers dual high-resolution photodetector input, high- and low-power temperature control and an RS-232 or IEEE interface.
