The LXM-U and LXM-S from TeraXion are narrow linewidth DBF laser modules for distributed acoustic sensing systems and for FMCW lidar and doppler lidar, respectively. The LXM-U is available with >60 mW optical power and a typical instantaneous linewidth of 80 Hz. The LXM-S offers >70 mW optical power and features an intrinsic linewidth of less than 25 kHz.
