IRVINE, Calif., June 28, 2023 — The MS11xx family of crystal oscillators (XOs) from Mixed-Signal Devices Inc. feature an ultralow jitter of 25 fs across a wide frequency range with frequencies up to 2 GHz.
The devices are designed for demanding applications such as 5G wireless infrastructure, high-speed Serdes clocking, optical transport networking, coherent optics, microwave backhaul, and test and measurement. The XOs feature Virtual Crystal™ technology for stable, low-power, multi-GHz frequency references with low phase noise. They are fully programmable and provide high stability, low power consumption, small size, and short lead times.
