The CMS196V4 from Linkam Scientific Instruments is a cryo-stage that supports cryo-correlative light and electron microscopy and the ability to investigate samples at cryogenic temperatures down to < -195 °C. The stage’s user interface includes a touch-panel and joystick, alongside an encoded and motorized XY stage which allows high-precision automated mapping of sample grids. The CMS196V4 also features different sample holders and interface options for its interchangeable optical bridge for imaging, as well as a cordless magnetic heated lid, auto-fill dewar with drip-feed, and an objective lens heater for greater drift performance.
