The MWX0A5 microwave coaxial cable assembly solution from Junkosha is capable of transmitting from distributed current to 250 GHz. The 0.5-mm connector cable is designed for probe stations and high-frequency test setups used in AI accelerator chip development and advanced semiconductor characterization. The assembly delivers low insertion loss of approximately -7 dB at 250 GHz and maintains excellent return loss across its entire frequency range to ensure minimal signal reflection. A polytetrafluoroethylene tape dielectric layer supports stable performance, while a safety-lock connector provides secure and repeatable connections.
